  • For Attorneys: We collect your name, contact information, law firm details, bar license information, and practice areas to verify your eligibility and create your profile.
  • For Clients: We collect your name, contact information, and a description of your legal needs to facilitate connections with Attorneys.
  • Usage Data: We may collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, and how you interact with the App to improve our services.
 
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
  • Facilitate the connection between Clients and Attorneys.
  • Verify the credentials of participating Attorneys.
  • Maintain and improve the App’s functionality.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates or support.
 
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
  • Between Users: We share Client legal inquiries with relevant Attorneys and display Attorney profiles to Clients.

While AskAtto facilitates the initial connection, we are not a law firm. Communications sent through the App’s general interface may not be protected by attorney-client privilege until a formal relationship is established directly between the Client and the Attorney.
